How Remote Support Works
Getting connected is easy. Follow the three simple steps below, and a CL Sams technician will guide you through the rest of the process.
Open the Support Portal
Click the button above to open the CL Sams remote support page.
Enter Your 5-Digit Code
Type in the code provided to you by your CL Sams technician.
Click the Right Arrow
After entering your support code, click the Right Arrow to download the CL Sams support application.
Common Remote Support Questions
Chrome & Edge Users
After clicking the Right Arrow, a file will download to your computer. Most browsers display the download at the bottom of the screen or in the Downloads folder. Click the file to open it.
Windows Security Messages
If Windows displays a security prompt, choose Run, Open, or More Info → Run Anyway. This is normal when launching the support application provided by CL Sams.
